Designed by award-winning Greek kitchen maestro Giannis Baxevanis, our restaurants feature Cretan and Mediterranean dishes, created with carefully selected locally grown, seasonal produce, fresh meat and fish and cooked exclusively with extra virgin olive oil. We partner with certified organic producers and sustainable farmers to introduce a fresh and healthy cuisine to our guests.

Freshness and creativity are also in our smoothies, artisanal cocktails, snacks and finger food. We appreciate good wine, so we have carefully curated a list of exceptional Cretan and Greek etiquettes.
